Privacy Policy

Doozle builds and operates mobile games and applications. This policy explains what information our apps handle, why, and what choices you have. It applies to all Doozle apps on the App Store and Google Play, including the R-ORG family of music apps.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or contacts. Our apps do not require you to sign in to use them.

Settings you change inside an app — such as your chosen language, instrument or volume — are stored on your own device and are not sent to us.

Some of our apps are free and supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to serve those ads. To do this, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier and information such as your approximate location, device type and how you interact with ads. This lets advertisers measure performance and, where you have agreed to it, show you more relevant ads.

Google's use of this data is governed by its own policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any personalised advertising is shown, using Google's consent interface. You can choose not to consent, and the app will keep working — you will simply see non-personalised ads instead.

You can change your mind at any time from the privacy option inside the app, and you can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings on both Android and iOS.

Some of our apps are designed to be suitable for children. In those apps we do not permit personalised or interest-based advertising, and ads are treated as directed to a child audience regardless of who is using the device. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@doozle.io and we will delete it.

Where an app offers a purchase or subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see or store your card details. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase is active, so the app can unlock what you paid for.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Because we do not hold accounts, the fastest route for most requests is your device's advertising settings — but you are welcome to write to us and we will help.

If we change how our apps handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app itself.
