Privacy Policy

Doozle builds and operates mobile games and applications. This policy explains what information our apps handle, why, and what choices you have. It applies to all Doozle apps on the App Store and Google Play, including the R-ORG family of music apps.

Wild Cats has its own privacy notice, covering local progress, cat portraits, optional sharing, a mixed child and teen audience, and Start.io videos where enabled. That notice takes precedence over the general app descriptions below for Wild Cats. Visit player support for help with the game.

Tire Go Race is operated by Matheus da Silveira Mello, trading as Doozle, in Portugal. Contact contact@doozle.io for privacy requests. This section takes precedence over the legacy advertising description below for Tire Go Race. The game does not use Google AdMob.

Progress, coins, equipped skins and audio preferences stay on your device. No account is required. Apple or Google processes optional purchases; the game uses purchase confirmations to grant coins. We do not receive your payment-card details. Contacting support shares the information you choose to send so we can respond.

Advertising-enabled versions use Start.io and InMobi Choice for privacy choices. Start.io may process advertising and device identifiers, IP address and approximate location, device and network information, app availability, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver, personalise and measure ads and prevent fraud. It may share data with advertising and data partners, including across borders. The game does not request location or contacts permission. Read Start.io’s policy for its processing, retention and privacy-rights routes, and InMobi’s privacy policy for consent-management processing. Ad-free versions do not initialise or request advertising.

Required privacy choices must be resolved before advertising starts. Refusal leaves ads off and the game playable. On iOS, tracking also requires Apple’s permission. Open Options & Privacy on the home screen to review or withdraw your choices. Withdrawal stops future game requests; data already received is subject to the provider’s retention and deletion processes.

Firebase Analytics is separately optional, off by default and enabled only by your analytics choice. It receives gameplay events and installation/device information to help improve the game. Google ad storage, ad personalisation and ad-user-data consent stay denied. Crashlytics collection is disabled in this release. See Firebase privacy information. Tire Go Race targets players aged 16 and above and is not directed to children. Contact us to exercise access, deletion, objection or other applicable privacy rights; you can also contact each provider using the links above. Removing the app may erase local progress.

Current advertising-supported R-ORG and R-ORG Arabic/Turk-Arabic releases use Start.io, not Google AdMob. Start.io may process advertising and device identifiers, IP address and inferred location, device and network information, app and ad interactions and diagnostics. It uses and shares data with advertising and data partners for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention, potentially across borders. Availability varies with platform, permissions and privacy choices. See Start.io’s privacy policy for its processing, retention, partners and privacy-rights routes. The ad SDK may present its own privacy or consent notice. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier also requires Apple’s tracking permission; declining that permission does not prevent playing. You can review that permission in your device’s privacy settings.

Instrument preferences and purchased or earned unlocks are stored locally. Apple or Google processes purchases and supplies the confirmation used to unlock content; we do not receive payment-card details. Ad-supported editions request an ad-configuration file from doozle.io; our hosting provider receives ordinary connection information, including IP address, to serve that request. The paid PREMIUM+ edition contains no advertising SDK. Purchasing an ad-free unlock stops ad display and subsequent game ad requests; previously received provider data remains subject to that provider’s retention and rights processes.

R-ORG Kids Piano / Çocuk Piyanosu: this edition has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics, account registration, chat or location request. It stores preferences and the Full Version entitlement on the device. Optional one-time purchases and restores are processed by the platform store. Purchase controls and external links are behind a parent gate in updated releases. Opening an external website is subject to that site’s privacy practices. Please have a parent contact support if help is needed, and avoid sending children’s personal information.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your request. Contact contact@doozle.io to request access, correction or deletion or to raise a privacy concern; you can also use the provider links above. Uninstalling the app removes local data according to your device’s backup settings. Store purchase records remain with Apple or Google.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or contacts. Our apps do not require you to sign in to use them.

Settings you change inside an app — such as your chosen language, instrument or volume — are stored on your own device and are not sent to us.

Some of our apps are free and supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to serve those ads. To do this, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier and information such as your approximate location, device type and how you interact with ads. This lets advertisers measure performance and, where you have agreed to it, show you more relevant ads.

Google's use of this data is governed by its own policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any personalised advertising is shown, using Google's consent interface. You can choose not to consent, and the app will keep working — you will simply see non-personalised ads instead.

You can change your mind at any time from the privacy option inside the app, and you can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings on both Android and iOS.

Some of our apps are designed to be suitable for children. In those apps we do not permit personalised or interest-based advertising, and ads are treated as directed to a child audience regardless of who is using the device. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@doozle.io and we will delete it.

Where an app offers a purchase or subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see or store your card details. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase is active, so the app can unlock what you paid for.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Because we do not hold accounts, the fastest route for most requests is your device's advertising settings — but you are welcome to write to us and we will help.

If we change how our apps handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app itself.
