Open the same R-ORG edition with an internet connection and the store account used for the purchase. Open its purchase screen and choose Restore. In Kids, a grown-up uses the Parent Zone. PREMIUM+ is a paid app: use its original store account to access the purchased app. Check your purchase history before paying again.

Check the app edition, Apple or Google account, and whether the payment completed. A pending or refunded order is different from an active purchase. If a completed purchase is still missing, contact us with the edition, platform and app version. Clearing app data or reinstalling may remove local settings and lesson progress; contact support first.

Each of the four editions is a separate app. Purchases apply to the edition and store where you bought them; they do not transfer between Android and iOS or unlock another edition. Existing permanent purchases keep their included access.

Check media volume and whether sound is going to headphones or a Bluetooth device. Select a sound, then try a key. Use the rhythm’s Start and Stop controls separately. If the problem continues after closing and reopening the app, tell us the sound or rhythm name and what you were doing when it stopped.
