A little clarity

Your game.
Your local progress.

Zest Slice saves your personal bests and preferences on your device. This page explains that local data, plus what happens if you visit our website or contact us.

Privacy policy · Version 1.0 · Last updated 20 September 2026

Made for a simple first release

No account, advertising, in-app purchases, or gameplay analytics. You can play without an internet connection.

Who is responsible

Zest Slice is published by Matheus Mello, operating as Doozle. This policy covers the Android and iOS game and these Zest Slice privacy and support pages.

For privacy questions, contact matheus@doozle.io.

What the game keeps on your device

The game stores your best score in Classic and Chill modes, your selected mode, and your sound, music and vibration preferences. Current-round scores, hearts, and swipe positions are used locally to run the game.

The game does not upload your scores, settings, or swipe history to Doozle. It has no login, online leaderboard, cloud-save service, ad network, in-app purchases, or active analytics or crash-reporting service.

Zest Slice does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or location. Optional vibration provides feedback when you lose a heart; you can turn it off from the menu.

Your operating system may include local app data in its backup or transfer features according to your device settings. Doozle does not operate those services or receive that backup.

If you email us

Contacting support is optional. If you send an email, we receive your email address, the name shown by your email service, your message, and any attachments you choose to include. We use that information to answer your request, investigate a problem, and maintain support records. Our email provider processes the correspondence to deliver and store it.

Please share only what we need to help. A device model, operating system version, app version, and description of the problem are usually enough. Do not send passwords or payment information.

We do not use support messages for advertising or sell them. We keep them only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain relevant support records, or meet legal obligations. You can email us to request access, correction, or deletion of your correspondence.

Your choices

You can change sound, music and vibration in the game menu. Local app data can be removed through your device's app-data controls or by deleting the app; restoring a device backup may restore that data. Check your operating system's backup settings if you also want to remove a backup copy.

There is no Zest Slice account to delete. You can play without contacting support or opening external webpages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over personal information we hold; contact us to make a request.

Children's privacy

The game does not ask players for personal information. If a child needs help, a parent or guardian should contact us. If you believe a child has sent personal information that should be removed, email matheus@doozle.io.

Stores, services, and future changes

Apple, Google, your device provider, and your email provider may process information under their own policies when you use their services. This policy describes Doozle's handling of Zest Slice data.

If a future version adds features that change how information is handled, we will update this policy and applicable store disclosures before those changes take effect. The date above identifies the current policy.
